Point to what goes. Get your space back.
Furniture. Tenant trash. Garage clutter. Estate contents. A whole property. RID-ICK scopes it, loads it and hauls it away.
You do not need to sort the entire mess, rent a truck or guess how many loads it will take before you call. Show us the property and the outcome you need. We turn “all of this” into a defined cleanout.
The stress is usually not one couch. It is not knowing how big the job really is.
Volume, access, travel, weight, condition, dismantling and disposal all change the real workload. A light chair at ground level and a waterlogged sleeper sofa are both “one item,” but they are not the same removal job. The goal is to make the scope and price understandable before the work starts.
The visible pile is not the whole volume
Closets, rooms, garages, sheds and hidden storage can turn “a few things” into a multi-load cleanout fast.
Access changes the labor
Stairs, narrow halls, long carries, tight parking, oversized furniture and heavy items can make two similar-looking jobs very different.
The property may need a second phase
Once the clutter is gone, damage, tear-out, water issues or deferred maintenance can finally become visible. That work is scoped separately.
Show us the property before you spend an afternoon making piles.
Start with the address, the kind of cleanout and roughly how much is leaving. Add photos in the Instant Quote or assessment form. That gives us enough context to narrow the scope, flag special items and tell you what we need next.
Get My Instant Junk Quote →Show us the job. We scope it. We clear it. You get the space back.
You should know what is leaving, what affects the price, whether demolition or special handling is involved and what “done” looks like before the crew starts loading.
Show us what needs to go
Send the address, the type of cleanout and photos if you have them. You do not need to sort the entire property first.
We scope the real job
We account for volume, route/travel, access, weight, condition, special-disposal items and any demolition before the price is locked.
We load + haul it
RID-ICK handles the lifting, carrying, loading and haul-off for the agreed scope. Ask about next-day availability when timing matters.
We clean up + confirm
After removal, we clean the work area before leaving and use a backpack blower when the property and job call for it. Remote clients can receive completion photos.
Pick the kind of cleanout. We’ll scope the rest.
Start with the closest match. The estimate then accounts for the real volume, access, labor, disposal and any demolition or special handling.
Furniture, appliances, boxes, household clutter and one-off piles that need loaded and gone.
Defined spaces where years of stored items have taken over the floor, shelves or access.
Abandoned belongings, furniture and general move-out material that has to be cleared for the next phase.
Multi-room cleanouts where the property needs to become manageable enough to decide what happens next.
House, garage, yard or outbuildings where removal is the first move before listing, repair, renovation or reuse.
Approved non-hazardous project debris and haul-off when the material and disposal path are confirmed in the scope.
Most normal cleanout material is fair game. A few things need special handling.
Tell us what is there before the crew arrives. That lets us price disposal correctly and keep specialty items from becoming a surprise on site.
Usually straightforward
- Furniture + household clutter
- Boxes + garage contents
- Appliances + bulky items
- Rental / move-out debris
- Estate + inherited-property contents
- Approved construction / project debris
Tell us before pricing
- Tires + mattresses
- Paint + batteries
- Heavily soiled or waterlogged items
- Dense loads like brick, flooring or wet carpet
- Items needing dismantling
- Anything requiring a specialty disposal route
Specialty hazard territory
- Sewage / human waste
- Specialty hazardous materials
If you are unsure, send a photo before the appointment and we’ll tell you whether it fits our disposal path.
Landlords, heirs and property managers can hand off the cleanout without babysitting the job.
Remote and absentee-owner cleanouts are some of RID-ICK’s best-fit jobs. We can scope the property, document the work and send completion photos so you can keep the turnover, sale or next repair moving.
- 1Send the address, access details and photos.
- 2Approve the scope and required deposit.
- 3RID-ICK completes the removal and cleanup.
- 4Receive completion photos and final documentation.
Simple jobs start simple. Hard jobs cost more for a reason.
RID-ICK gives you useful starting numbers without pretending a dry box of cardboard and a waterlogged sleeper sofa are the same removal job. Photo estimates can become the working quote when the photos, volume, access and material conditions are clear. If something material cannot be verified remotely, RID-ICK identifies that specific uncertainty before the written scope is finalized.
Local pickup starting point
When we are already nearby, access is easy and the item is straightforward, a local single-item pickup can start at $79. Route, access, weight, condition and handling can move a single-item job toward $149 or higher.
Example: a sleeper sofa is still “one item,” but it starts at $209 because the labor, weight and handling are different.Minimum volume-priced job
Volume cleanouts have a $250 minimum. From there, the job is priced around how much space the material occupies plus the real labor and disposal conditions.
Per cubic yard
Clean, light, staged material can fall lower. Heavy, dirty, waterlogged, dense or difficult material can push the effective rate higher.
Nearby and curb-level is different from driving out of route, stairs, long carries, tight halls or difficult parking.
Dry household junk is different from brick, flooring, wet carpet, waterlogged furniture or heavily soiled material.
Tires, mattresses, paint, batteries and similar items can carry additional disposal or handling charges.
Furniture, shelving or other items that must be taken apart before removal add labor to the scope.
Removing carpet, flooring, walls, shelving, sheds, buildings or other attached material is demolition and is priced separately.
Smaller jobs are generally paid at completion. Larger jobs and unattended/remote removals require a 50%+ deposit.
Sewage/waste and specialty hazardous materials. If you are not sure whether something needs special handling, show it to us before the job.
“I do not even know where to start” is enough information to start.
Cleanouts get delayed because people think they need to make every decision before calling. You do not. Tell us what definitely goes, what definitely stays and what is still uncertain. We can scope around that.
The price should not fall apart once the crew arrives.
For the approved junk-removal scope, RID-ICK includes the people, carrying, loading, truck/trailer, normal disposal and cleanup. We separate true scope changes from normal service instead of turning every basic step into an add-on.
Normal inside pickup does not carry a separate premium. Someone must be onsite, or RID-ICK must receive an approved key/access code before entry.
Furniture and ordinary items can be taken apart when that is reasonably required to remove them. Structural demolition or unusually involved tear-out remains a separate approved scope.
The normal disposal cost for the approved material is part of the displayed service price. Specialty items still use the published specialty charges.
The crew cleans as material leaves the property and again at completion instead of waiting until the last item is loaded to start caring about the site.
The priced freestanding hot-tub scope includes teardown, loading, haul-off, normal disposal and cleanup. Built-in conditions can change the scope.
The priced shed scope includes teardown, loading, haul-off, normal disposal and cleanup. Contents inside the shed are priced separately from the structure.
Concrete, shingles, tile and dirt can hit hauling limits before visual volume limits. Larger dense loads switch to verified weight/hauling scope instead of showing a fake volume-only number.
Before, during and completion photos can live in the customer portal for local and absentee-owner jobs, so the cleanout has a documented beginning, process and finish.
This is built for people who want the problem removed—not another project added to their weekend.

Ask about next-day availability
RID-ICK does not promise same-day removal on most jobs, but next-day scheduling may be available depending on route, crew capacity and the scope.
We clean up before we leave
Removal is not finished when the last item hits the trailer. We clean the work area before leaving and use a backpack blower when the property and job call for it.
Remote cleanouts are welcome
Property managers, landlords, heirs and owners who cannot be on site are a strong fit. Larger or unattended jobs require a deposit, and completion photos can document the result.
Questions should get answered before pressure enters the conversation.
These are the questions that usually matter before a property owner decides what to do next.
Can you price a junk-removal job from photos?
Yes. Photos plus the approximate volume, access and heavy/specialty items can often get RID-ICK to a usable remote quote. If the photos are clear enough to confirm the scope, an onsite visit is not required just to see pricing. If something material is uncertain, we identify that item before the written scope is finalized.
What does a single-item pickup cost?
Local single-item pickup can start at $79 when RID-ICK is already nearby, access is easy and the item is straightforward. Depending on route, access, weight, condition and handling, many single-item jobs can land closer to $79–$149 or more. Some items have their own minimums—for example, a sleeper sofa starts at $209.
How does volume pricing work?
Volume-priced cleanouts have a $250 minimum. Typical volume pricing is about $25–$50 per cubic yard, but the final rate can move up or down based on weight, condition, access, disposal requirements and labor. Clean, broken-down cardboard staged for easy loading is very different from wet carpet, brick, flooring or a dirty mixed load.
What can increase the price?
The displayed white-glove price includes normal labor, carrying, loading, truck/trailer, haul-off, normal disposal and cleanup. Price changes come from scope differences such as larger actual volume, dense/weight-limited debris, specialty disposal, stairs already shown in the calculator, unusual access, major dismantling or structural demolition, or items that were not represented when the quote was built.
Do I need to sort everything before you come?
No. Start by identifying what definitely goes, what definitely stays and anything you are unsure about. We can scope around those decisions without requiring you to organize the whole property first.
What kinds of things can you remove?
RID-ICK can handle most normal household, garage, rental, estate, bulky-item and approved debris-removal work. Tires, mattresses, paint, batteries and other special-handling items can be accepted with the applicable upcharge. Sewage/waste and specialty hazardous materials are excluded.
Do you handle full property and estate cleanouts?
Yes. Garages, rentals, estates, inherited properties, multi-room cleanouts and whole-property resets are a core fit. Remote and absentee-owner cleanouts are welcome, and completion photos can be provided.
Do you clean up after the removal?
Yes. Junk removal is a white-glove service: we clean as the job progresses and again at completion. Depending on the property and job, we may also use a backpack blower. Before, during and completion photos can be kept in the customer portal.
Can I get next-day service?
Ask us about next-day availability. It is not guaranteed and depends on route, crew capacity, job size and disposal requirements, but next-day service is available on some jobs.
When is payment due?
Smaller jobs are generally due upon completion. Larger jobs require a deposit of 50% or more, and jobs where RID-ICK is hired to remove material without the client present also require a deposit before work begins.
Get a real scope.
Get the space back.
Start with the address, cleanout type, volume and photos. RID-ICK can often confirm the scope remotely; if something material is still unclear, we verify that specific item before the written price is finalized.
