Code-required or site-specific ventilation, water-barrier, or deck corrections discovered during verification.
Required chimney cricket construction. When needed, RID-ICK typically carries a $500–$1,000 verified allowance depending on chimney size and detail.
Intake-ventilation upgrades when the existing soffit/intake system is not sufficient for the exhaust plan.
