Instant quotes, assessments and website information
The RID-ICK Instant Quote tool uses published pricing rules to produce different pricing states depending on the service and information available. An Instant Price or Expected Price is based on customer-provided information and may require measurement, photo, access, material, site-condition, or scope verification. Custom Pricing Required means the project cannot responsibly be reduced to a fixed website calculation. A website calculation or submission does not by itself create a construction contract or guarantee that RID-ICK will accept the work.
Quotes, verification, agreements, and payment
The website calculator is a planning estimate, not the final project agreement. RID-ICK verifies the property information and material conditions that affect scope before issuing a verified proposal. The customer reviews the exact service address, scope, project price, payment terms, warranties, Price Lock status when applicable, and other project-specific terms before electronically signing. Project payment is not unlocked through the standard quote flow until the verified agreement has been completed. If a website statement conflicts with the signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls.
RID-ICK Price Lock
A Price Lock applies only when RID-ICK expressly marks an eligible verified project as price locked and the project record shows the locked scope and expiration date. The lock applies to the exact verified measurements, quantities, material or system selections, and listed scope. Customer-requested changes, changed quantities, concealed or previously inaccessible conditions, decking or substrate work beyond what is expressly included, code or permit requirements not reasonably identifiable during verification, specialty disposal, and other documented scope changes are outside the locked scope and may require a written change order. General website references to a 365-day Price Lock describe the available program; they do not create a Price Lock before verification and issuance.
Insurance-related and storm work
RID-ICK is a contractor, not a public adjuster, and does not represent or negotiate an insurance claim for the customer. RID-ICK may show normal retail project pricing for transparency, document visible property conditions, explain its own repair scope, and provide contractor estimates. Insurance-funded restoration work is ultimately governed by the authorized repair scope, deductible obligations, lawful supplements or change orders, actual insurance proceeds, and the applicable project contract. Website retail pricing does not waive a deductible, override an insurer's coverage decision, or promise that an insurer will approve or pay any particular amount.
Residential roofing, storm-repair, home-solicitation, or other transactions may carry cancellation notices, waiting periods, or payment-timing requirements under applicable Georgia or federal law. RID-ICK's standard website quote and ordinary payment path are not intended to replace any notice or contract language the law requires for those transactions. When a separate statutory notice, cancellation right, or payment hold applies, that requirement controls.
Consumer cancellation rights
Nothing on this website or in a RID-ICK project record waives a cancellation right or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived. Any project-specific statutory cancellation notice supplied with a qualifying transaction controls over general website language.
Emergency and temporary protection
Emergency or temporary protection services, including tarping or other measures intended to limit further damage, may be subject to availability, site conditions, access, weather, safety considerations, and separate authorization or pricing. Temporary work is not a substitute for permanent repair unless expressly stated in writing.
Scheduling and service area
Submitting a Georgia property address allows the assessment process to continue, but actual scheduling, travel, project acceptance, and service timing may depend on distance, crew availability, job size, access, permitting, weather, and other practical considerations.
SMS messaging terms
RID-ICK Rescue's SMS program sends customer care messages, service-inquiry and estimate follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, project and service updates, customer support messages, and occasional promotional or marketing offers. By affirmatively checking an optional SMS consent checkbox on a RID-ICK Rescue web form, you agree to receive these text messages from RID-ICK Rescue at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact RID-ICK Rescue at 470-821-0020 for assistance.
After you opt out, RID-ICK will stop optional SMS communications to that number. Opting out of promotional messages does not prevent RID-ICK from sending communications otherwise permitted by law when needed to complete a transaction, provide a service you requested, respond to you, protect an account or property, or satisfy a legal obligation.
Third-party services
The website may use or link to third-party systems for scheduling, communications, payments, maps, or other functions. RID-ICK is not responsible for the independent terms, policies, outages, or conduct of third-party providers.
Intellectual property
RID-ICK names, branding, website design, graphics, copy, and original content may not be copied, republished, or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
Availability and limitations
RID-ICK works to keep the website accurate and available, but the website may contain errors, experience interruptions, or be updated without notice. To the extent permitted by law, website use is at your own risk and the website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
