Any Georgia property can be submitted for review. RID-ICK’s normal core response area is Northeast Georgia, and projects farther away are accepted based on service type, project size, travel and current capacity.
What Georgia counties are in the core service area?
Barrow, Jackson, Gwinnett, Walton, Clarke and Oconee counties are the current core response counties.
Can I request roof repair or roof replacement outside Northeast Georgia?
Yes. Submit the property and roof problem. Distance is one factor, but scope and scheduling also determine whether RID-ICK can take the project.
Do you install seamless gutters and gutter guards across Georgia?
Those projects can be reviewed statewide. Core-area properties are easier to schedule, while farther-away projects depend on scope, travel and current capacity.
Can I request junk removal or a property cleanout outside the core counties?
Yes. Larger cleanouts may make logistical sense farther from the core than a single-item pickup, so the amount of material and property location both matter.
